The BESTRONG Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) was successfully held in Wrocław, Poland.
The meeting took place on December 8, 2025, at the Campus Library of the University of Economics, where the European Documentation Centre is located.
The meeting, which started at 9:30 a.m., was attended by Beata Partyka of CEBS and Samuele Zerbini of COSSAN, and online by Donatella di Vita of COSSAN and Andreas Vasileiadis of CIACT.
The organizer, CEBS, welcomed everyone and presented the agenda.
The morning focused on the presentation and review of the results achieved and the ongoing activities:
- Mindmaps Based on Autobiographical Narration Libraries (A.1.2): The partner, COSSAN, presented an overview of the activities carried out and the results achieved.
- Designing the QR Code Mental-Health and Well-Being Brochures for Youth Workers (A.1.3): CIACT provided an overview of the activity.
- Validated Capacity Training for Building Resilient Communities (A.1.4): CIACT presented the progress of this training module.
After a short coffee break, the discussion continued on the Tool Kit for Building Resilient Communities (A.2), with the collaboration of partners CIACT and CEBS, outlining the next steps for the development of the mentoring program, the QR Code Mindscape game, and the e-learning portal.
A key moment was dedicated to the discussion on the implementation of the BESTRONG Programme for Resilient Communities (A.3), where Cossan illustrated the Transnational Training for Youth Worker Ambassadors (A.3.1), which includes six workshops in total (two per country).
The afternoon was dedicated to Activity 4: Dissemination and Exploitation, with the planning of activities on websites and social media pages to maximise the project’s impact.
Social and Cultural Enrichment
The day of work and planning was also enriched by opportunities for social and cultural exploration in the local area. Participants had the opportunity to visit the House of Europe, which is the Regional Representation of the European Commission and the European Parliament in Wrocław. The institution informs citizens about current EU policies, funding opportunities, and legislative processes, and it promotes civic engagement through workshops, debates, cultural events, and educational programmes for schools and youth. It also serves as a meeting place for local communities and institutions interested in European cooperation.
Participants also visited the Passage of Dialogue, which provides comprehensive support and activities for migrants and refugees. The centre offers legal and psychological assistance, language courses, integration classes, and thematic workshops that help newcomers navigate life in Poland. It also creates safe spaces for intercultural dialogue, community-building events, and initiatives that foster mutual understanding and positive relationships between migrants and local residents.
These two significant milestones allowed them to connect the objectives of the BESTRONG project with local initiatives for inclusion and psychosocial support in Wrocław.
